GoTo Foods® Names Chief Digital and Development Officers to Strengthen Customer Experience and Franchisee Returns

Driving Unit-Level Economics Through Digital Innovation and Disciplined Development

ATLANTA – April 13, 2026 – GoTo Foods®, the Atlanta-based enterprise behind seven iconic foodservice brands, today announced two strategic executive appointments: Biplav Misra as Chief Digital Officer and Tatiana Lambert as Chief Development Officer. The appointments are designed to accelerate growth by enhancing guest experience, strengthening franchisee returns and improving unit-level economics across its portfolio.

Biplav Misra as Chief Digital Officer
GoTo Foods welcomes Misra as the company’s first Chief Digital Officer.  Most recently at Albertsons Companies, he led digital commerce and channel growth across catering, B2B delivery and third-party marketplace platforms, while also directing enterprise-wide transformation including large-scale automation and the buildout of a Global Capability Center. Earlier, he spent nearly a decade at Amazon, where he launched and scaled multiple businesses from the ground up in marketplace categories, including products that grew into billion-dollar programs, and served as the company’s lead for B2C operations during COVID-19 supply disruptions.

In his role as Chief Digital Officer, Misra will build GoTo Foods’ digital capabilities across off-premise, catering and owned and third-party digital channels, with a focus on driving guest frequency, increasing check average and improving unit-level economics. He will establish the digital infrastructure, team and operating model needed to scale these capabilities across all seven brands.

Tatiana Lambert Appointed Chief Development Officer
As Chief Development Officer, Lambert will lead development strategy across the portfolio, with a focus on strengthening franchisee returns and improving unit-level economics through disciplined expansion.

Most recently serving as Vice President and U.S. Chief Development Officer at Wendy’s, Lambert led real estate and franchise development, design and construction, franchise recruiting and portfolio optimization. Earlier, she spent 12 years at Yum! Brands in senior U.S. and global development roles for KFC and Pizza Hut, consistently driving disciplined expansion, capital efficiency and improved unit-level returns. She brings over two decades of expertise in real estate development and growth strategy.

As GoTo Foods Chief Development Officer, Lambert will lead development strategy across the portfolio, partnering closely with brand leadership to drive net unit growth and stronger unit-level economics. Her focus will be on expanding the right markets and locations with relevant concept designs and the right franchise partners to deliver sustainable, long-term growth with stronger returns at the unit level.

“As GoTo Foods enters its next phase, our priority is clear: disciplined growth that enhances the guest experience, strengthens franchisee returns and delivers stronger unit-level economics across the portfolio,” said Omer Gajial, Chief Executive Officer of GoTo Foods. “Biplav and Tatiana bring the leadership to sharpen our digital execution and development strategy, fundamentally strengthening how we grow and creating durable value for our guests, franchisees and brands.”

These appointments reinforce GoTo Foods’ ongoing focus on enhancing guest experience, strengthening franchisee returns and driving disciplined, profitable unit-level growth.
