Chief Development Officer
Tatiana Lambert serves as Chief Development Officer at GoTo Foods, the Atlanta-based company behind Auntie Anne’s®, Carvel®, Cinnabon®, Jamba®, Moe’s Southwest Grill®, McAlister’s Deli® and Schlotzsky’s®. She brings more than 20 years of experience leading real estate, development strategy and franchising across global restaurant brands.
In this role, Lambert leads enterprise-wide development across the portfolio, partnering closely with brand leadership to drive disciplined expansion, stronger franchisee returns and improved unit-level economics. She is focused on growing in the right markets and locations, with relevant formats and the right franchise partners to deliver sustainable, long-term performance.
Most recently, Lambert served as Vice President and U.S. Chief Development Officer at The Wendy’s Company, where she led real estate and franchise development, design and construction, and franchise recruitment for portfolio optimization. Earlier, she spent 12 years at Yum! Brands in senior U.S. and global development roles across Pizza Hut and KFC, helping scale and transform growth across large, complex franchise systems. Prior to the QSR industry, she led major real estate development initiatives in the Washington, DC area and Africa, overseeing the strategic planning and execution of large-scale commercial and residential developments.
Lambert is known for aligning development strategy with brand positioning and operational performance, using data-led decision making and strong cross-functional partnership to translate strategy into executable growth plans.
She holds Certified Franchise Executive, Certified Retail Real Estate Professional, LEED Accredited Professional, and Project Management Professional credentials and is active in advancing best practices across the franchise industry.
