Omer Gajial serves as the Chief Executive Officer of GoTo Foods, the parent company of Auntie Anne’s®, Carvel®, Cinnabon®, Jamba®, Moe’s Southwest Grill®, McAlister’s Deli® and Schlotzsky’s®. Under his forward-thinking leadership, GoTo Foods is advancing development, championing innovation, improving operational excellence, and evolving its iconic portfolio to meet the demands of today’s marketplace.
Omer has a proven track record in driving strategic expansion, fostering innovation, and building high-performing teams. He is dedicated to creating lasting value for company partners and driving remarkable results for franchisees, all while maintaining outstanding customer experiences across every brand.
With over twenty years of experience, Omer has held key leadership positions at major global organizations, demonstrating exceptional consumer-retail expertise. Throughout his career, he has consistently delivered added value by strengthening core operations and leveraging the latest technology and data to enhance both customer and associate experiences.
Most recently, Omer served as Chief Merchandising and Digital Officer with Albertsons, where he led transformative initiatives in merchandising, digital, marketing, loyalty and retail media. Omer’s career also includes leadership roles at Amazon, where he managed category development and marketplace operations for North America, and time with PepsiCo, where he directed global strategy, marketing and category management for major markets including the Middle East, Africa, South Asia and North America.
Omer earned an MBA from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and an undergraduate degree from the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST).
