Nathan Louer

Chief Brand Officer, Jamba

Nathan Louer, Chief Brand Officer of Jamba, joined GoTo Foods in April 2023, bringing 17 years of experience in brand strategy, digital, marketing, franchise relations, product development and operations to this role. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Brand Marketing and Activation for Jimmy John’s/Inspire Brands.

At 20 years old he began working shifts at his local Jimmy John’s at the University of Illinois and upon graduating, attained a position with Jimmy John’s HQ as a field marketing specialist. From there, Nathan continued to evolve with the brand, holding leadership positions in marketing, media, advertising, public relations and consumer engagement before taking on his most recent role in 2020 after the acquisition of Jimmy John’s by Inspire Brands, where he was a key player in the transition and integration of the Jimmy John’s marketing organization into Inspire. Throughout his time at Jimmy John’s & Inspire, his work was rooted in driving the company’s positioning, media strategy, product development, digital adoption, and campaign development while touching nearly every aspect of the business and helping to elevate the sandwich restaurant chain from local to national status. In 2019, he was named one of Brand Innovators’ 40 under 40 for his accomplishments in marketing and digital campaigns.

Nathan has a proven ability to build and motivate high-performing, action-oriented teams that propel consumer action and capitalize on marketplace opportunities. As the Chief Brand Officer of Jamba, he is responsible for the business strategy, marketing, operations and collaboration within GoTo Foods to lead financial and franchisee success for Jamba.

Nathan was born and raised in Edwardsville, IL and graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a Bachelor of Science in Advertising. He and his wife Erin, along with his children Caroline, Harrison and dog Finn, reside in Atlanta.
