Nathan Baldwin

Chief Brand Officer, Auntie Anne's

Nathan Baldwin is Chief Brand Officer of Auntie Anne’s, joining GoTo Foods in September 2025. With more than 25 years in the restaurant industry, he is recognized for his expertise in multi-unit operations, franchise leadership and brand strategy. Nathan leads the evolution of the iconic Auntie Anne’s brand, positioning it for sustained growth in a rapidly changing marketplace. 

His leadership blends operational rigor with forward-looking innovation. At Chili’s Grill & Bar, where he began his career and ultimately served as Vice President of Restaurant Services, Nathan guided cross-functional teams spanning operations services, facilities management, guest and team relations and franchise growth. He later served as Group Vice President of Strategic Innovation at The Fresh Market where he oversaw culinary R&D, restaurant concepts, private label and local product development as well as catering, deli and prepared meals. 

Across his career, Nathan has influenced strategic decisions impacting more than 40,000 team members and helping drive growth for organizations generating revenues over $4 billion. 

Nathan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Restaurant and Hotel Management from the University of New Mexico. He is a proud father of two adult children and lives in Atlanta with his wife and their black Labrador, Shay.
