Chief Growth Officer

Francisco Bram is the Chief Growth Officer of GoTo Foods, parent company of Auntie Anne’s®, Carvel®, Cinnabon®, Jamba®, Moe’s Southwest Grill®, McAlister’s Deli® and Schlotzsky’s Deli®. He leads the company’s enterprise growth and demand generation strategy, overseeing loyalty, personalization, customer insights, public relations, and social media to increase customer lifetime value, drive repeat visits, and scale sustainable growth across the portfolio. 

At GoTo Foods, Bram concentrates on connecting customer-focused innovation with strong franchisee economics and operational excellence. He guides the development of measurable growth platforms that build guest relevance, support franchisee profitability, and unlock long-term brand value across the company’s diverse network of brands. Bram brings more than 15 years of experience across brand strategy, digital marketing, and customer growth.  

Most recently, he served as Head of Global Marketing at Chewy, where he scaled brand building and growth capabilities for a leading e-commerce platform. Prior to that role, he was Vice President of Marketing and Customer Insights at Albertsons Companies-, where he advanced enterprise digital transformation through data driven marketing, customer segmentation, and engagement at scale. Earlier in his career, Francisco held senior growth and marketing roles at Uber and Siemens, where he sharpened his expertise in experimentation-led growth, global brand development, and high-velocity go-to-market strategy.
