Kieran Donahue is the Chief Commercial Officer at GoTo Foods. In this role, Kieran leads Consumer Insights and Analytics, Revenue Generation, Digital, Loyalty, Branded Currency, Culinary, Marketing Planning, Creative, Paid Media, Catering, Brand PR and Social Media. With nearly 20 years of experience in leading brand growth strategies that have outpaced industry growth averages, Kieran brings a fresh perspective to GoTo Foods, leveraging her expertise in foundational brand and loyalty sales, brand strategy and franchise field marketing to help drive revenue across the GoTo Foods portfolio of brands.
Kieran spent nearly four years as the Chief Marketing Officer at IHOP, where she modernized technology-based marketing by implementing a new customer-centric and brand purpose-driven omni-channel marketing strategy. Her efforts helped restore revenue to pre-pandemic levels, resulting in 11 consecutive quarters of growth. She also was responsible for launching the franchise’s award-winning loyalty program with over 10 million members while also building out a robust 24-month menu pipeline. Before joining IHOP, Kieran was the Vice President of Brand, Marketing & Digital for the Americas, at Marriott International, where she led marketing efforts. She also held various prominent leadership roles at Hilton Worldwide, including Vice President of Americas Marketing.
Kieran is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University and continues to provide mentorship to students and graduates there today. She has served as Chairperson for the Cystic Fibrosis Fall Fundraising Gala (Washington DC Chapter) and has raised more than $1.5 Million dollars during her tenure. She is the Host & Creator of “Lessons from the Vineyard” a leadership and wine pairing series developed for team building that pairs leadership behaviors and wine.
Kieran and her husband live in Atlanta and enjoy hosting friends and family gatherings, wine tasting, traveling internationally and throughout the US (47 of 50 states, 3 to go), hiking and music.
