Biplav Misra

Chief Digital Officer

Biplav Misra serves as Chief Digital Officer at GoTo Foods, the Atlanta-based company behind Auntie Anne’s®, Carvel®, Cinnabon®, Jamba®, Moe’s Southwest Grill®, McAlister’s Deli® and Schlotzsky’s®. He leads the company’s digital and off-premise strategy, focused on driving guest frequency, increasing check average and improving order economics across owned and third-party channels. 

In this role, Misra is responsible for building the digital infrastructure team and operating model needed to scale capabilities across all seven brands. He partners closely with Brand, Growth and Technology leadership to strengthen catering, digital ordering and marketplace performance while enhancing the end-to-end guest experience. 

Misra brings more than 20 years of experience building and scaling digital businesses across ecommerce, marketplaces and enterprise platforms. Most recently at Albertsons Companies, he led digital commerce and transformation initiatives, expanding ecommerce and third-party channels, advancing automation and strengthening data-driven operating models across a national retail platform. Earlier, he spent nearly a decade at Amazon, where he launched and scaled multiple businesses across marketplace categories, helping grow products into billion-dollar programs and leading B2C operations during COVID-19 supply disruptions. 

Misra holds an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and a Bachelor of Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University).
